We understand that sometimes things are out of your control! As a Servcorp client you have the flexibility to cancel or amend your meeting room booking up to 48 hours before the reservation for a full refund.
Cancellations or amendments within 48 hours are refunded 50% and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
